Our shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order and the postal zip code to where your order is being shipped. We use current UPS and shipping tables. There are no hidden shipping costs.
When you choose 2nd Day delivery, keep in mind that the shrimp may thaw. As long as the shrimp are cool, they may be kept in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook (within one day) or re-freeze. It is ok to re-freeze.
Packed with ice and freezer packs in a sturdy styrofoam container inside a cardboard box, your order should arrive in good order. Open it immediately and place items in the freezer of refrigerator. (Unpacking instructions are included)
We cannot offer refunds on perishable items. UPS does not guarantee timely deliveries during weather related delays.
